Dr. Jason Litt, MD, D.ABA
Founder And Owner
Utilizing cutting-edge technologies for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and disease, Dr. Jason Litt, MD, D.ABA is a double board-certified physician in anesthesiology and pain management. He has dedicated his medical career to improving the health and lives of others. He is an expert diagnostician focused on having his patients return to the activities they love using non-surgical and cutting edge therapies.
Dr. Litt has extensive experience treating various conditions including complex spine pain; tendon, shoulder and knee injuries; osteoarthritis; and discogenic pain as well as complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). Dr. Litt uses the most advanced technologies available, including radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation, regenerative medicine therapies, and various pain-device implants for minimally invasive treatment of chronic back, neck, knee, joint, and other pain issues.
Dr. Litt has received extensive medical training in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology at some of the nation's top programs, and is fully board certified in both fields.
Dr. Litt graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology. A New Jersey native, he returned to the state to obtain his medical degree at Rutgers Medical School. During medical school, he was inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism Honor Society, to which he was nominated by his peers for his exceptional compassion towards his patients. Dr. Litt went on to complete his internship and anesthesiology residency training at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. From there, he completed his fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Driven by his passion to help the community and provide outstanding service and medical care, he founded Elite Spine & Pain, LLC, where he hopes to continue to aid the community with his unique, and customized approach to pain management. Through interventional injections/procedures, medication management and physical and cognitive therapy, he creates a personalized treatment plan for each patient to achieve and maintain maximum pain relief.
Cassandra Walker, CRNP
nurse Practitioner
As a nurse practitioner, Cassandra brings a compassionate approach to her role at Elite Spine & Pain. With a healthcare career that began in 2014, Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and furthered her expertise with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2019.
Her diverse experience spans from the Pediatric ICU/ER to advanced urgent care and clinical decision units, obesity management, and sleep medicine. This variety has equipped her with a deep understanding of patient care across all ages, reinforcing her natural empathy and commitment to patient well-being.
Cassandra is dedicated to advocating for her patients and their families, focusing on creating effective care plans that enhance their quality of life and health. Her blend of professional skill and genuine concern for her patients makes her a valued member of the Elite Spine & Pain team.
Anna Strait, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Anna is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong passion for helping patients reclaim their lives from chronic pain. She earned both her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University, completing her academic training in 2025. During her clinical rotations, she discovered a deep interest in spine and pain management, and knew she wanted to dedicate her career to this field.
Anna brings fresh knowledge, genuine compassion, and a patient-first approach to interventional pain medicine. She takes time to understand each patient’s story, identify the underlying causes of their pain, and build personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support long-term relief and improved function. Her goal is not only to treat pain, but to empower patients throughout their healing journey.
Outside of the clinic, Anna enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family, and doting on her dog. She is proud to be part of a care team that values innovation, collaboration, and compassion in every aspect of chronic pain management.
Kathryn Bowis, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Kate is a board-certified physician assistant with over nine years of experience in pain management, specializing in the care of patients living with chronic pain. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University and went on to complete her Master of Medical Science at Arcadia University. After graduating, Kate began her career in Charleston, South Carolina, where she dedicated herself to helping patients manage their chronic pain conditions. Now back in her home state of Maryland, Kate is excited to bring her deep clinical knowledge, compassionate approach, and commitment to personalized care to the community where she grew up.
Kate is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients. She believes that those struggling with chronic pain deserve to feel heard and supported, and she works closely with each individual to develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Her approach emphasizes education, empathy, and long-term wellness.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring the outdoors on long hikes, and going out for a good weekend brunch.

Practice Manager
Amy, a seasoned and empathetic professional, brings over seven years of rich experience in medical leadership roles to her position as the Practice Manager at Elite Spine & Pain. Her journey in the healthcare sector is marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence and an in-depth understanding of patient care dynamics.
In her pivotal role, Amy excels in streamlining operational efficiencies, enhancing patient services, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and patients. She holds a remarkable record of implementing innovative strategies that significantly improve patient satisfaction and operational productivity. Her ability to balance the intricacies of healthcare management with a compassionate approach to patient interaction sets her apart.
